Lilli is interested in the interfaces between design, psychology, technology and business – where different perspectives interact.
Her studies and further education combine exactly these fields and shape her analytical and context-related approach.
In addition to versatile practical projects, she likes to keep up to date with new ideas – be it through specialist literature, podcasts, conferences or trade fair visits.
She particularly appreciates tasks in which creative ideas are combined with well-thought-out concepts. She does not see theory and practice as opposites, but as complementary – with curiosity, openness and the desire to contribute to solutions that are convincing in terms of content and design.

Professional experience
Before joining kalebru, Lilli was involved in projects that combined conception, design, organization and entrepreneurial thinking at an early stage. Her activities ranged from product design and graphic and illustrative commissioned work to marketing, film productions, exhibitions and trade fair appearances.
As part of several internships, she also gained experience in the planning and preparation of websites, marketing materials, theater productions, exhibitions and workshops – both in the creative and organizational areas.
